The Anatomy of your hypnosis session:

  3. A hypnotic induction leading you into a state of hypnotic trance so that the subconscious may be accessed and worked with.

  4. Therapeutic hypnotic and post-hypnotic suggestions are spoken directly to your subconscious  to create the necessary components for “new programs” to run in the bio-computer of your mind.

Private Sessions are usually 2 hours. Especially for the initial session. During the first session, a complete assessment of your background is taken for about an hour. The second hour is for the deep relaxation, induction and therapeutic suggestions. For the first session,your body and mind are adjusting to and becoming familiar with the hypnotic process.

You can then experience the amazing feeling of total relaxation Then you will be able to tune into the sound and pace of my voice and your subconscious will begin to naturally follow its cues and directions.

I will give you simple suggestions to teach your mind how to allow the hypnotic process to flow and start deepening your levels of release and potential for positive growth.

Hypnosis generally requires reinforcement.

You are creating new neuro-pathways of thinking, feeling and being. Again think of yourself as a bio-computer. In order to get those new ‘programs’ to run permanently and efficiently repetition is used to reinforce the new positive programs and therefore replace the old ‘software’ with a more optimized way of functioning.

That reinforcement is achieved through post-hypnotic suggestions that TELL your subconscious mind not only what to think and feel but that you WILL CONTINUE to think and feel that way thereafter. Reinforcement is also achieved through personalized recordings that you listen to on a daily basis with the same hypnotic suggestions continuing to deepen the influence of the initial live hypnosis session.


In the second session and other following sessions is where the “true optimization" really opens, as you have now been conditioned to flow more swiftly into a safe and relaxing trance. It is in this session that I really begin to talk to (and listen to) your subconscious mind while your conscious mind is free to relax and take a break from its usual overactive task mastering of busy-mind. I use various techniques to deepen your trance, set in or strengthen mental, emotional and physical anchors, and give more complex gentle therapeutic suggestions. I set in more and reinforce post-hypnotic suggestions for your happiness, health and peace of mind.
